EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At Haight, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, our process is simple and designed to assist you.

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order or a return within 7 days, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible, the item must have the original tags attached, the hygienic liner intact (if applicable), no signs of wear, and include all original accessories. If any of these conditions are not met, the request may be denied, and the item will be sent back to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Purchases made on our website can also be exchanged at our physical stores within 30 days, upon presentation of the purchase receipt. Items bought in-store are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • Fill out the form above: Enter your order number and the email used for the purchase.

  • Select the items: Choose the products you want to exchange or return and specify the reason for your request.

  • Choose your shipping method: Select the most convenient option and complete your request.

  • Wait for instructions: You will receive an email with a return shipping label and all the necessary guidelines.

  • Once your return reaches our distribution center, the items will undergo a quality check. The exchange or return will be confirmed or denied based on the conditions mentioned earlier. Refund processing or store credit issuance will be completed within 10 business days after we receive your package.

Refund (Reimbursement)

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • Credit card: The amount will be refunded to the same card. Depending on the bank, the refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear. Some financial institutions process refunds as:

  • A full refund on the next statement.

  • A full refund on the final installment, after all payments are processed.

  • A simultaneous charge and refund of an installment on the same statement.

Store Credit

  • If preferred, you can choose to receive a store credit for the total value of the returned items.

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully utilized.

  • If your new order exceeds the store credit amount, you can pay the difference via Pix or credit card.

  • To redeem, enter the store credit code in the "store credit" field at checkout.
