How do I create an account?
Go to this link, fill in your name, email, and password, and submit the form. You’ll get an activation email to finish setting up your account.

How do I change my password?
Go to the login page and click "forgot my password" or click here. You’ll get an email with the steps to reset it.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?
Yes, you need to create an account to shop on the website. Sign up here.

I can't access my account, what should I do?
Try resetting your password using the link above. If it still doesn’t work, contact us via WhatsApp or email support@haight.com.br.

How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account and update your details under “profile.” If you need help, reach out via WhatsApp or email support@haight.com.br.

ORDER

How long does it take for an order to be approved?
Approval may take up to 48 business hours. If it takes longer, contact us via WhatsApp.

Can I change my order?
If you ordered within the last 24 business hours and it hasn’t shipped yet, contact our support to check if changes are possible.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Changing the address may affect delivery time. Contact our support team to confirm.

Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact our support to check.

How can I track my order?
You’ll get four emails: order confirmation, payment status, shipping with tracking link, and delivery confirmation.

You can also track your order in your account history on the website.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?
Contact our support right away so we can fix it.

What is the e-commerce packaging like?
Orders come in water-resistant boxes or envelopes, with contact info and a QR code.
If the package arrives damaged, refuse it and let us know.
Reuse the packaging for exchanges or returns to avoid waste.

Is gift wrapping available?
Items are wrapped in tissue paper, and swimwear comes with a cotton bag. To add a paper gift bag, select “Add gift wrap” in your cart.

PAYMENT

Can I pay with two different cards?
No, only one payment method per order. To use two cards, split your purchase.

How do I apply a discount code?
Enter it in the “discount code” field in the cart before checkout. Codes can’t be applied after payment.

How does a refund work?
Credit card: refunded to your card, may take up to two billing cycles depending on your bank. Installments are refunded proportionally.

In-store purchases: only exchanges, no refunds.

How do I calculate delivery time?
Add a product to your cart, enter your ZIP code, and click "calculate" to see your options.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

How does the exchange and return policy work?
Website: exchanges and returns within 30 days, after delivery.
Physical stores in Brasil: exchanges within 30 days, no returns.
Items must have tags, hygienic liners, accessories, and show no signs of use.

How do I exchange my order?
Request it on the Exchanges and Returns page. Please wait for the email with the next steps. After analysis, if approved, you’ll receive store credit valid for 1 year.

Can sale items be exchanged or returned?
Yes, under the same rules as full-price items.

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Ice can also help remove glue residue.
