At Haight, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, our process is simple and designed to help you.
You can request an exchange within 30 calendar daysof receiving your order, or a return within 7 calendar days, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
For the request to be approved, the product must have thetag attached, the hygiene seal intact (when applicable), show no signs of use, and include alloriginal accessories. If any of these conditions are not met, the request may be denied and the item returned to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Purchases made on the website can also be exchanged directly at our physical stores upon presentation of the proof of purchase and within 30 days. Items purchased at physical stores, however, are available for exchange only, not for return.
As soon as your return arrives at our distribution center, the items will undergo a quality inspection. The exchange or return will be approved or denied based on the conditions mentioned above.
The refund or issuance of a store credit will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the package at our distribution center. Refund The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
