Exchanges and Returns

At Haight, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, our process is simple and designed to help you.
You can request an exchange within 30 calendar daysof receiving your order, or a return within 7 calendar days, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
For the request to be approved, the product must have thetag attached, the hygiene seal intact (when applicable), show no signs of use, and include alloriginal accessories. If any of these conditions are not met, the request may be denied and the item returned to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Purchases made on the website can also be exchanged directly at our physical stores upon presentation of the proof of purchase and within 30 days. Items purchased at physical stores, however, are available for exchange only, not for return.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Please fill out the form above: enteryour order number and the email address you used when making your purchase.
Select the items: choosethe products you want to exchange or return and indicate the reason for your request.
Set up the shipment:choose the most convenient option and complete the request.
Please wait for further instructions:you will receive an email containing the shipping code for sending the product(s), along with all the necessary instructions.

As soon as your return arrives at our distribution center, the items will undergo a quality inspection. The exchange or return will be approved or denied based on the conditions mentioned above.
The refund or issuance of a store credit will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the package at our distribution center. Refund The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

Credit card: The amount will be refunded to the same card. Depending on the bank, the credit may appear on up to two subsequent statements. Some providers offer:
Full refund on your next bill;
Refund only on the final bill, after all installments have been charged;
Refund and billing of the same installment on the current statement.
Pix: Theamount will be automatically refunded to the account used for the purchase.

Shopping Voucher

If you prefer, you can choose to receive a store credit for the full value of the returned items. The store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is used up.
If the new order is for a higher amount, you can pay the difference via Pix or credit card.
To use it, enter the coupon code in the "coupon" field during the payment step at checkout on the website.
